Sustainable Management of Water Resources in Supplementary Irrigation Management

چکیده

Watermark, Tensiometer and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) are commonly used soil water sensors in irrigation practice whose performance depends on type, depth growing conditions. Here, the results of sensor evaluation different depths as well field laboratory testing silty clay loamy presented. Gravimetric moisture samples were taken from installation (10, 20, 30 45 cm) reference Soil Water Content (SWC). The measurements varied significantly (p < 0.05) across monitoring depths. On average depths, there was a strong negative linear relationship between Watermark (r = −0.91) TDR 0.94), moderate −0.75) SWC Tensiometer. In general, measured with great accuracy range readily available water, generated larger Mean Difference (MD) than overestimated SWC, while underestimated SWC. Overall, reduced root mean square error (RMSE, 1.2, 2.6, 1.9) Average Error (MAE, 0.9, 2.04. 1.04) for all tested sensors.
